1. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using Arroxium infrastructure. Any abusive behavior, intentional network disruption, or hosting of illicit material will result in immediate termination.

2. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all our servers. This guarantee does not cover scheduled maintenance periods, external ISP outages, or faults caused directly by the user's custom scripts.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of resources, digital hosting services and dedicated time allocations are generally non-refundable unless a critical system hardware/network failure occurs on our end within the first 48 hours.

4. Data Backup and Loss

While we provide regular automated backups as part of our premium plans, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own off-site backups of your server databases and files. Arroxium is not liable for data loss caused by user error, script vulnerabilities, or malicious in-game activity.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Client Area password and any administrative credentials to your game server. Arroxium cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

6. Resource Fair Use

Our "unlimited" or scalable plans are subject to Fair Use. Traffic or resource exhaustion used intentionally to stress the node, run crypto-mining scripts, or deploy massive bot networks not related to the primary game server function will result in immediate service suspension.

7. Custom Software Limitations

Any custom software, plugins, or web integrations developed by the Arroxium team are delivered "as-is" upon final milestone approval. Future ongoing updates or patches necessitated by game client updates may require a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Modifications to Terms

Arroxium reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect. Continuing to use our hosting services after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
